Parties sign the Lease Agreement. Customer provides performance bond / deposit within 14 days.
Designing the System and helping with permits. Customer provides documents, information and site access needed for permits.
Installing the System on the Customer's roof and connecting it to the Farm's electrical system. Customer supports access, safety, and power shutdowns when needed.
Lessor tests the System. When the System is ready and can run safely, Parties sign COD documents. The lease term starts on COD.
System produces power each day. Customer uses the solar power for the Farm. Lessor monitors performance (24/7), cleans and repairs the System.
Lessor reads the meter and calculates energy produced. Lessor issues invoices twice per month. Customer pays invoices within 10 days.
If customer wants to move the System on the roof or to a new site, or sells the Farm, Customer must discuss with Lessor and follow relocation / sale rules in clause 13.
At the end of the lease term, one of three things happens:
- Customer extends the term (if option exercised); or
- Customer pays the Early Termination Amount and buys the System; or
- Lessor removes the System from the roof and takes it away.
